eBay Listing Automation is a private application used by its authorized seller to assist with the preparation and management of eBay listings, product information, inventory, shipping information, orders, drafts, and sales records.
The application may access information made available through authorized eBay APIs as necessary to operate seller functions. This may include listing information, inventory data, account settings, order information, shipping information, transaction information, and eBay account identifiers.
Information is used only for legitimate eBay selling and business-management purposes, including preparing and managing listings, inventory management, shipping, order processing, customer service, and business recordkeeping.
Information may be stored in private business systems such as authorized Google Drive and Google Sheets files. Data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for business operations, accounting, customer service, legal compliance, or recordkeeping.
Personal information obtained through eBay is not sold or rented. Information may be shared only with service providers necessary to operate the application or when required by law.
The application is configured to receive eBay Marketplace Account Deletion notifications. Applicable user data will be handled in accordance with eBay requirements and applicable privacy laws.
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. API credentials, secrets, and access tokens are treated as confidential.
The application may use eBay, Google Workspace, and Cloudflare as part of its authorized technical and business operations. Those services are also governed by their respective privacy and security practices.
